Pause and Breathe: Support for Anxious Times
Hello MESH Events Community,
How are you?
I know that for some of us, this might be a difficult question to answer right now, but putting words to our feelings and experiences is a pivotal starting point for maintaining ourselves, finding clarity, and figuring out how to move forward.
Right now, I’m incredibly grateful for this space and for each of you. I wanted to begin this edition in a space of gratitude and invite you to check in with yourself, to put words to what you’re feeling and thinking, because it’s not lost on me that the world feels especially heavy and overwhelming right now. Between the headlines, the quiet personal struggles, and the effort it takes to simply keep moving, many of us are carrying more than we let on.
I want to thank you for viewing this post, for showing up for yourself, and for showing up for your loved ones. It takes a brave heart to seek out support, to stay open, and to keep going. I’m proud of you for being here.
This month’s wellness events were chosen with care, knowing how vital it is to have tools, community, and gentle reminders that you’re not alone. Whether you need connection, coping strategies, space to create, or just a moment to breathe—I hope you find something here for you.
Take what you need. Share what resonates. And as always, thank you for being part of this community.
